Estimates provided through this site or by phone are free and non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment of the property and scope of work.

3. Services

We provide house cleaning, paver installation, and artificial turf installation in the Tampa Bay area. Availability, scheduling, and scope are confirmed directly with you before work begins.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and property information.
Ensure safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.
Disclose relevant conditions (pets, gate codes, HOA rules, utilities) in advance.
